空壓機常見事故有哪些?目(mu)前螺桿式空壓機在市場中占據主導地位,作為通用(yong)機械(xie)設備,在長期(qi)使用(yong)后或(huo)多或(huo)少(shao)都會出現故(gu)障(zhang),那么(me)常見(jian)的螺桿式空壓機事故(gu)有哪些? 一、混用潤滑油導致空壓機積碳 故障現象 某廠(chang)共(gong)安裝(zhuang)10臺空壓機,采用廠(chang)家提供(gong)的原裝(zhuang)潤(run)滑油,由于潤(run)滑油價格較貴(gui),擬采用替(ti)代(dai)油品,替(ti)代(dai)油品同樣為(wei)合(he)(he)成(cheng)油,為(wei)安全起見,先在兩臺小功率的空壓機上試用新的合(he)(he)成(cheng)油。在新的合(he)(he)成(cheng)油使用1500h,空壓機出現電氣故障(zhang)(zhang)報(bao)警,經進一(yi)步檢查故障(zhang)(zhang)原因(yin)是因(yin)為(wei)空壓機積碳導致電機超電流(liu)。 原因分析 經檢查(cha),空(kong)(kong)壓(ya)機(ji)(ji)內(nei)部沒(mei)有積碳現象,且在以后累計運行了約6000h至正常保(bao)養,空(kong)(kong)壓(ya)機(ji)(ji)為不同的(de)兩組工作成員開展工作,經過調查(cha)確認,空(kong)(kong)壓(ya)機(ji)(ji)的(de)機(ji)(ji)組成員沒(mei)有按(an)照要求對空(kong)(kong)壓(ya)機(ji)(ji)徹(che)底排油和清理,存在僥幸心理,導致(zhi)不同成分的(de)潤滑油混用引起積碳發生。 故障現象 某日上午10:11,檢(jian)修人員要求處理除(chu)灰空(kong)壓(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)疏水(shui)閥缺陷,運行(xing)人員停(ting)運除(chu)灰空(kong)壓(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(上位機(ji)(ji)(ji)顯示已停(ting)運,事后查當時(shi)仍在(zai)運行(xing)),檢(jian)修人員打開隔音罩(zhao)發(fa)現(xian)除(chu)灰空(kong)壓(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)冷風(feng)扇仍在(zai)運行(xing),通(tong)知運行(xing)人員,運行(xing)值班工按(an)(an)下緊急停(ting)機(ji)(ji)(ji)按(an)(an)鈕,運行(xing)人員誤斷電(dian)磁(ci)閥電(dian)源。10:18分(fen)發(fa)現(xian)冷卻風(feng)扇冒煙著火,立即盡力(li)撲救(jiu)。然而,在(zai)10:21集控人員發(fa)現(xian)高備變壓(ya)器(qi)開關跳(tiao)閘(zha),高備變壓(ya)器(qi)保(bao)護分(fen)支零序過流保(bao)護動作。相繼,鍋爐兩臺空(kong)預器(qi)跳(tiao)閘(zha)引起風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)連跳(tiao)。事故后,檢(jian)查發(fa)現(xian):除(chu)灰空(kong)壓(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)及電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)嚴(yan)重損(sun)壞,給水(shui)泵芯包嚴(yan)重損(sun)壞,給水(shui)泵液力(li)耦合器(qi)接近報(bao)廢,給水(shui)泵周圍部分(fen)管道受(shou)到不同程度損(sun)傷(shang),主機(ji)(ji)(ji)軸瓦及軸徑磨損(sun)。 原因分析 除灰空(kong)壓(ya)機在停運時,由于其(qi)開關常(chang)開鋪助接(jie)點接(jie)觸(chu)不(bu)良,開關拒動,后(hou)因運行(xing)員操作不(bu)當,導致全(quan)廠停機事故。 故障現象 原因分析 目前,常用(yong)的空(kong)壓機(ji)合成(cheng)潤滑(hua)油(you)其使(shi)用(yong)壽命約6000H,由于潤滑(hua)油(you)已使(shi)用(yong)8000H,其黏度、雜質顆(ke)粒、積(ji)碳(tan)(tan)傾向性均(jun)已不(bu)符合使(shi)用(yong)標準,因此,該廠繼續使(shi)用(yong)此款不(bu)合格潤滑(hua),導致了空(kong)壓機(ji)軸承磨損(sun)和積(ji)碳(tan)(tan)。 四、空壓機機頭積碳 故障現象 某企業空壓(ya)(ya)機(ji)在停(ting)運2個月后,再次啟動(dong),電機(ji)超電流機(ji)器無法啟動(dong),手動(dong)空壓(ya)(ya)機(ji)轉子盤不動(dong)。檢查空壓(ya)(ya)機(ji)及機(ji)油(you)管路發現,空壓(ya)(ya)機(ji)轉子上粘附有(you)麥芽糖狀淺色膠狀物,在油(you)氣桶底部及油(you)路上有(you)麥芽糖狀淺色膠狀物。 原因分析 空(kong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)機置于灰塵(chen)較多(duo)的地理(li)位置,空(kong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)機空(kong)氣過(guo)濾器積灰較多(duo),說明(ming)大量灰塵(chen)在(zai)空(kong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)機停機前已進(jin)入(ru)潤滑(hua)油(you)系(xi)統(tong)。隨空(kong)氣吸入(ru)的塵(chen)粒使(shi)油(you)變(bian)臟,使(shi)油(you)通過(guo)排(pai)氣系(xi)統(tong)熱部(bu)件的通道時間(jian)長,增加了油(you)氧化反應的時間(jian),因而加速了積碳形成的速度。 五、空壓機長時間停用導致設備故障 故障現象 原因分析 備用(yong)(yong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)壓(ya)(ya)機(ji)停(ting)(ting)(ting)用(yong)(yong)多久合適,各地不(bu)同的(de)(de)氣(qi)候條件可以作出不(bu)同的(de)(de)選擇;在(zai)該(gai)廠已經(jing)出現過空(kong)(kong)(kong)壓(ya)(ya)機(ji)備用(yong)(yong)停(ting)(ting)(ting)運(yun)一個(ge)月(yue)之后,再次啟動的(de)(de)時候出現油氣(qi)分離(li)(li)器(qi)(qi)濾(lv)芯(xin)堵塞報(bao)警(jing),說明(ming)在(zai)該(gai)廠空(kong)(kong)(kong)壓(ya)(ya)機(ji)不(bu)適合停(ting)(ting)(ting)用(yong)(yong)一個(ge)月(yue)的(de)(de)時間,但卻沒有引起運(yun)行部門(men)的(de)(de)注意(yi)。空(kong)(kong)(kong)壓(ya)(ya)機(ji)距(ju)上(shang)次保養只有2000h,由于長(chang)時間停(ting)(ting)(ting)機(ji),油氣(qi)分離(li)(li)器(qi)(qi)濾(lv)芯(xin)上(shang)粘附的(de)(de)油垢灰(hui)分等干結,造(zao)成油氣(qi)分離(li)(li)器(qi)(qi)濾(lv)芯(xin)流(liu)通面(mian)積減少(shao),啟動空(kong)(kong)(kong)壓(ya)(ya)機(ji)后分離(li)(li)器(qi)(qi)粘附新(xin)的(de)(de)油分,流(liu)通面(mian)積進一步減少(shao),隨之被分離(li)(li)器(qi)(qi)前(qian)后極大的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)差擠壓(ya)(ya)變形破裂,導致潤滑油被抽走(zou)。
